Have a valid Telegram account
Agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions

4. Account and Access

4.1 Telegram Integration

Our service operates through Telegram. You are responsible for:

Maintaining your Telegram account security
All activities that occur under your Telegram account
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4.2 Google Calendar Integration

When connecting Google Calendar:

You grant us permission to access your calendar events
You can revoke access at any time through Google account settings

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Our Content

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Image2Calendar and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of the images you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process and analyze your images for the purpose of providing our service.

9. Subscription and Payment

9.1 Free and Premium Plans

Basic features are available for free with usage limits
Premium subscriptions provide unlimited usage and advanced features
Subscription fees are billed in advance

9.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through Polar.sh
All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
You are responsible for all applicable taxes

9.3 Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. In the telegram bot just type /cancel command and you will be guided to the cancellation portal, where you can cancel your subscription.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

10.1 Service Availability

We strive to provide continuous service but do not guarantee 100% uptime. The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or technical issues.

10.2 AI Accuracy

The AI processing is provided "as is" without warranties of perfect accuracy. We are not liable for incorrect event extraction or calendar conflicts.

10.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Image2Calendar and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

12. Termination

12.1 Termination by User

You may stop using our service at any time by disconnecting from our Telegram bot.

12.2 Termination by Us

We may terminate or suspend your access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for violation of these terms.
